The Kowtha Constellation is a consulting, educational services, and budding media company founded by Anuradha Kowtha. The thread that runs through our work is illuminating and liberating individuals and small teams from the indoctrination and cookie-cutter thinking that comes from capitalism and colonialism to provide bold and innovative solutions rooted in justice for their clients and communities.

Our business liberation strategy services here at The Kowtha Constellation serve professionals, organization founders, and business owners to integrate and sustain the change necessary to act with boldness and resilience in these unprecedented times. We offer bespoke business liberation services that focus on diversity, inclusion, and solutions beyond capitalism. Many of our clients are ready to dismantle hierarchy, exploit, and create systemic change. We offer training, courses, audits, curriculum design, and bespoke business liberation services.
