Corporate Trainings

Corporate workshops

We offer a variety of trainings for organizations on inclusion and accessibility. Our interactive trainings are personalized to the needs of your organization and staff. Anuradha has developed these trainings to open the discussion for thoughtful dialogue and communication. Each session has been designed to facilitate longer term change but also provides practical, actionable strategies that can be applied within the short term.

What we can do for you

All of our trainings can be adapted for in-person (UK) or virtual session. We can offer a short 45 minute session upto a half day session on each of these trainings.
Current Training Topics:
  • Accessibility at Any Budget
  • Advocating for Neurodiversity in the Workplace
  • Creating a Client Care Strategy that is Accessible and Inclusive
  • Unconscious Bias - Training Series

'Anuradha is an excellent facilitator and the training was both accessible and practical. The thing I believe will be most useful to companies taking Accessibility at Any Budget training is that each participant will get something very personal and very useful out of it. My team came away with great ideas that we could implement immediately.'

- Sarah Sayles, Gila Watershed Partnership

Unconscious Bias Training - series of 6 sessions

We'll be recording the call and sending out the recording. And we'll have auto-generated closed captioning available during the call. I do my best to make the space interactive and accessible as we go through the presentation. If you have specific access needs, let me know ahead of time.

Each interactive session will include pre-work, a 90-minute training, and post-work for implementation after the session. Additionally, we will conduct a short survey for staff to assess their understanding and baseline for DEIA topics.

The overall session structure has been created using the natural cycle of learning framework from 4MAT to increase cognition and implementation of the concepts and practices covered in each session as well as the entire series. The 4MAT framework and Anuradha’s mastery of it, brings together an understanding and accommodation of differences in perception, processing, learning styles, and integrating left/right brain thinking – meeting the participants where they are and support them in their learning journey.

Session 1: How Unconscious Bias Creates Unsafe Space for Non-White People

This is how we can help you
Help you be DEI compliant
understand your team

DEI aware

A cursory thought to inclusion and accessibility is no longer an option for an organization operating in our current paradigm.

Instead of waiting months or years to address inequity, hierarchy, power imbalance, exclusion, and capitalism, why not build this into your business right from the get go?

Along side of doing the work of delivering your company's mission, you probably have the desire to be ethical, to give back to your community, to hold a vision of business beyond profits and capitalism, as well as to create a dynamic and inclusive place at work and beyond.

That's a tall order, even with all of the passions that business owners in this stage have!
