​Setting the Stage is a resource to support my community - you- so you can set the stage to thrive in your work. In addition I wanted to share my current support network and professional tools with you.

  • ​You have a vision and feel like you are stuck in hesitation, uncertainty, and overwhelm with making these things happen.
  • You are social justice minded, wanted to be of support in the world, and probably need nourishment and encouragement right now.
  • You are exhausted and trying to manage it all in this capitalistic hellscape.

​I want to support you where you are right now, giving you ideas and practical/actionable support you can give yourself for your work, right now.

​How do we set the stage for what we want to create? What do we need to thrive - what skills, support, and resources? How do we do the deep work for change while continue to sustain and nourish ourselves?

​This resource is perfect for: individuals, business owners, community organizers, and non-profit founders—anyone who works with teams, clients, and communities who are ready to build and grow an ethical and sustainable organizations.

Details: We have resources from 7 speakers, including Anuradha. And we focus on learning 8 skills needed to set your own stage for thriving. All told, it's 4 hours of excellent, easy to digest, easy to implement, practice tools and ideas, for no charge.

Our Speakers:

Oskar Marchock  (he/they) is a trans nonbinary person of colour based in the UK. They have been studying qigong and meditation for the last 20 years. Oskar has been teaching Tai Chi Shibashi Set 1 for the last few years in the hopes that it can provide some support and benefit to others looking for a practice that can support in their quality of life.

Christy Diane Farr (she/her) is an executive coach for unconventional people. She's a compassionate interrogator, story healer, and custom-solution provider with 14 years of coaching, teaching, and writing experience. Christy loves untangling brains, emotional firefighting, and helping people who love each other understand each other. She is also currently studying herbalism in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she lives a 2023 Golden Girls life with her wife, niece, and elderly mother.

Katherine Creighton Crook (she/her) is a trauma-informed healing facilitator and body connector, helping leaders and world changers get their bodies on board with their life mission.
Combining an understanding of posture, the musculoskeletal system and biomechanics with an ability to guide a deep connection to your own body, she helps clients develop a different relationship with their body, so it can be the partner it was always meant to be.
She's developed a unique approach to connecting with the body, so it can show you where you're carrying things you can let go of or release the energy of.

Maya Gobara (she/her) is a spiritual advisor, teacher, mentor, and coach. She creates content for those that want to live lives that feel authentic to them. She brings clarity, compassion, and honesty to those she works with. Her work involves but isn’t limited to energy work, counseling as an ordained minister, tarot, and teaching.
She’s neurodiverse with autoimmune illnesses and that fuels how she engages with clients. She believes that people need more love and grace.

Amanda Rekunyk (she/her or he/him) is from the Tsl Kaz Koh and Kawakatoose nations and is a guest on unceded Mi'kmaq territory. Amanda is a Two-Spirit single parent and home educator with a private practice as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Child & Youth counsellor. He has particular expertise in attachment-based behaviour intervention, and is a teacher of Heart Resonance. A community organizer, public speaker, mutual aid facilitator and astrology nerd, Amanda's practice is anti-capitalist and responsive to the needs of the queer, Two-Spirit and BIPOC communities.

Anuradha Kowtha (they/them) is a neurodivergent, queer, Indian diasporic person who currently lives in greater London with their family. Anuradha owns and runs The Kowtha Constellation which helps small business owners build ethical practices into their systems so they can sustainably grow their bottom line, do your work with more boldness, and improve customer and team retention. When Anuradha's not working, Anuradha loves to write, create art, watch live performance art, and spend time with friends.

Miranda Wildman (she/her) explores the ways in which capitalism is at play in our daily lives, in history & in future. Within the system of capitalism, art has been known to be only for the elite. She here to continue, as many artists have, to break through that binary. In her work as a creative guide and visual artist she believes that art is for everyone. Using items we already have, we can create art.
